We have schools who would love to have your Kinazium. If for some reason Kinazium does not work for you, we need to be notified within 30 days from ship date at support@traxarttoys.com.  We will work with you to donate this product to a local school and will refund you upon the completing the transaction of the donation.

If the product is damaged in shipping please notifiy us immediately upon receiving. We require photo evidence of the damage and will ship you a new product.

Traxart Toys Privacy Policy for Kinazium Application

The Kinazium App does not collect any personal information or store any data when playing games. It is an open Application and does not require an account or login and password to use the application.

​The Kinazium website is strictly used for purchasing Kinazium kits, and getting customer service and support. It also allows you to opt into Newsletter updates about Traxart Toys and Kinazium.

 What information do we collect?

Shopify hosts the Kinazium website. During use of the website Shopify may receive, collect and store information you enter on the website or provide to us in any other way. In addition, Shopify collects the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet. and may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. For support requests only, Shopify collect personally identifiable information (including name (optional), email, communications, comments and feedback.

When you use the support email, we collect your name (not required), email, and comments/questions.  Your personal information is only used to respond to your support request.

Our company is hosted on the Shopify platform. Shopify provides us with the online platform that allows us to share information about our products with you. Your data may be stored through the Shopify data storage, databases and the general Shopify applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. Traxart Toys LLC is able to acquire information to fulfill orders and maintain a customer database to assist us for service, support including product announcements.

We may contact you to respond to your comments and questions submitted through the support form.  For these purposes we may contact you via email. If you have opted into our marketing newsletter, we may contact you through email to send our newsletter.

If you would like us to remove your information, send us a request using the support form and we will remove all data associated with that email address.

​The Kinazium Application is for integrating with the physical Kinazium sensors. The application is free and open for anyone to download and use and as such, Traxart does not warrant the software and its usability. Traxart Toys will support users inquiries at their discretion. These terms can be upgraded or changed at anytime and Traxart Toys will make efforts to notify users when the terms are modified.
